She observed the challenges faced by students in overcrowded coaching classes and realized the need for personalized attention and concept-based learning. This insight inspired her to start her own teaching journey, initially tutoring Level 1 students privately.

Gradually, her teaching career blossomed, and in June 2014, she took up the challenge of teaching Accounts and Economics to IGCSE Grade 9 students. This experience exposed her to the importance of concept-based study at the school level to simplify learning in later stages.

Hence, Z Edustation was born, with "Z" symbolizing intelligence. The core philosophy of Z Edustation revolves around making learning a joyful experience by making concepts crystal clear, relating them to real-life examples, and emphasizing rigorous practice and continuous revision.

Since its inception, Z Edustation has grown significantly, evolving from a small venture with two students to a platform serving over fifty students and multiple batches every year. Uzma's dedication to teaching and her unique methodology have extended beyond geographical boundaries, with her now teaching students from Dubai, Indonesia, Singapore, the UK, and the USA through online means. Her proudest moments include helping struggling students secure over 90 percent marks in economics and accounting.

Uzma's proudest moments as an educator are when her students achieve remarkable results. She fondly recalls a time when two of her students broke previous records, securing 98 percent in IGCSE Economics and 99 percent in Accounts. These achievements serve as a testament to her teaching methodology and her ability to empower her students to excel.

When asked about her future plans, she answered, “ To make excellent quality education available for all and motivate people to do their best and see them do better in life.”

Uzma’s favorite vacation is anywhere in the mountains in the monsoon season or when it snows, and her favorite movie is K3G (die-hard Shah Rukh Fan)
