The journey of Raja Rani Coaching started in 2014, when Mohit’s sister-in-law invited him to be part of her rental clothing venture. Soon after completing his schooling, he joined her boutique and stepped into the world of fashion. However, he had little knowledge about clothes or fashion. Encouraged by his sister-in-law, he decided to learn more and enrolled in a tailoring course. In a class of 70 women, he was the only man – a bold step that marked the beginning of his inspiring journey.

In that class, Mohit and Priya were introduced to each other. Their shared love for design brought them closer, and together, they pursued further studies at the International Institute of Fashion Design in Surat. As their relationship grew stronger, they got married and began dreaming of creating something of their own.

Building a New Kind of Institute

While studying, the couple realized that most big institutions focused only on theory, while smaller ones lacked proper teaching methods. This gap gave them the idea to build something different – a place where practical skills and strong teaching methods came together.

In 2021, their dream took shape with the launch of Raja Rani Couture and Coaching Centre. Their goal was clear – to provide high-quality fashion education that’s both affordable and accessible. They wanted to break barriers and give people from all backgrounds a chance to shine in the fashion world.

Turning Challenges into Opportunities

Starting a business was not easy. Mohit and Priya encountered financial hardships and societal pressure during the early stages of their journey. But they didn’t give up. Their passion and determination helped them overcome every obstacle. At present, Raja Rani Coaching delivers diverse training options, covering everything from basic sewing skills to expert-level fashion design and boutique operations. Their practical approach and focus on real-world skills have made them a popular choice for students across the country – including tailors, boutique owners, high school graduates, and fashion enthusiasts.
