Any childhood memories you would like to share with us?
I spent my childhood in a small village of Mangaldai, Assam. I remember one memory that I would never forget is my father singing to me a famous song by Bhupen Hazarika Sagar Sagame. This song has played a major role in my life as the song illustrates the endless journey of a determined soul filled with hope in the search for peace.What is something you want to say about your family?
I lost my mother at an early age. My father raised me along with my siblings, I would spend my evenings doing household chores, and even I had to look after my young siblings also. I didnt really have the childhood everyone dreams of.Tell us something about your Personal life & Relationships?
I was in college when I met a boy with whom I fell in love for the first time. We soon got married. Later, my husband became a successful doctor and together we moved to a small town, where inter-caste marriage was still not accepted by many. Despite all the ridicules and challenges, I still managed to keep my family together and tried to be an amazing mother and a devoted wife.However, these moments too were short-lived. My 16 years of marriage soon came to an end. After years of physical and emotional harassment, one day my husband brought home another woman and remarried in front of my own eyes in 2004. In the year 2007, I finally decided to say goodbye to the past and filed a divorce and moved on.Read Also:

What is your entrepreneurial journey? Give us a brief about your education, awards & recognitions you were honoured with?
During my high school years, I was one of the first female student leader representing the school in the 8th Annual Conference organised by All Assam Student Union, in the year 1979.Later, I began to work at an insurance company (TATA AIG). I have even worked under the Government Public Health Department to ensure the availability of clean and safe water in rural areas. Eventually, started working with NGOs to create awareness programs about sustainability, agriculture and domestic life.I was sent abroad by some insurance company after winning the best employee award of the year.One fine day, I got an invitation to join Mrs India Home-Maker 2017. This proved to be the biggest opportunity for me as I bagged the runners up the title of Mrs India Home Maker 2017.Then I was again invited to join Mrs Universe Pageant held in Durban, South Africa where I won the title of Mrs Universe Exquisite 2017. Soon I was then presented with the title Mrs West Asia Earth 2017 in Las Vegas, USA.I am now an ambassador for Elite Global Earth, India and the founder of Kiran Boro Foundation; a foundation that helps women from rural underdeveloped areas and children by presenting them with opportunities of showcasing their talent and stories. I faced ups & downs with difficulties and challenges in my life, but I was not someone to give up her hopes and dreams. Therefore, my constant positivity, determinism and hardworking nature have led me towards positivity. Being a devoted Hindu, my trusts and beliefs always guided me in the right path. I acknowledge my faith in God as a power that has always kept me strong and motivated.What are your future plans or any wish you want to complete?
I want to be a national award winner. My dream is to achieve The Padma Shri Award.What is your favourite vacation and movies?
My favourite film is Do Aankhen Barah Haath; a film that beautifully depicts human nature and fruits of hard work.What advice or a message you would say to all youth of your country?
When aiming for a goal, never stop when you are tired; stop only when you have accomplished it.What is your motto of life? Describe as a woman what do you feel, how easy it is to face life? Name some of your friends who helped you throughout.
The motto of my life is that one must go until he/she has all the means.
