The popular Indian web series Panchayat is back with its fourth season, and fans are loving the new twists and emotional depth it brings. Apart from the strong storyline and acting, what’s now grabbing attention is how much the cast earned for Season 4.

Jitendra Kumar is the Highest-Paid Actor

Jitendra Kumar, who portrays the main role of Abhishek Tripathi, also known as Sachiv Ji, earned the highest pay among the entire cast.

As per a report, he was paid ₹70,000 per episode. Since the season has eight episodes, his total earnings go up to ₹5.6 lakh.

Jitendra has been the face of Panchayat since Season 1, and his natural acting style has won him both awards and audience love. Given his central role and popularity, his fee doesn’t come as a surprise.

What Other Actors Earned

The other lead actors also earned respectable amounts for their work:

Neena Gupta, who plays Manju Devi, the village Pradhan, reportedly earned ₹50,000 per episode, totaling ₹4 lakh.

Raghubir Yadav, known as Brij Bhushan Dubey (Manju Devi’s husband and the former Pradhan), received ₹40,000 per episode, which means ₹3.2 lakh for the season.

Chandan Roy, who plays the cheerful assistant Vikas, was paid ₹20,000 per episode, earning ₹1.6 lakh in total.

Faisal Malik, known for his role as Prahlad Chacha, is reportedly paid around the same amount, although there is no official confirmation about his exact earnings.

These figures highlight the show's rising popularity and how each character plays a key role in bringing the narrative to life.

What Happens in Season 4

The latest season focuses on a local election in the village of Phulera. Manju Devi and Kranti Devi both set their sights on becoming the village leader. But it’s their husbands—Brij Bhushan (Pradhan Ji) and Banrakas—who actually run the campaign behind the scenes. Their clever tricks and competitive spirit lead to plenty of drama, laughter, and memorable moments.

Beyond the election, the season also explores deeper emotions like loneliness, friendship, and grief, especially through characters like Prahlad. The storyline shows how politics, personal bonds, and village life are deeply connected.

Still Winning Hearts

With its simple setting and powerful storytelling, Panchayat continues to connect with viewers. It shows life in rural India with honesty, humor, and warmth. Season 4 ends with many open questions—about Abhishek’s next move, Prahlad’s inner pain, and future power struggles in the village—leaving fans excited for what's next.
