Many women believe that only those women who have large breasts are required to wear a bra. But this is also completely wrong – irrespective of the size of your breast, a bra of the right size must be worn.

How to Measure the Right Bra Size?

Choosing the right bra is nothing but knowing the exact bra size of every type. For the bra size calculator you must have these two things:

  • Measuring tape
  • A mirror

Step1: Calculate the band size

  • Stand in front of the mirror. Wrap the tape under your breast, the place where your band comes in and make sure it is not too tight or loose. If the number is 33 or 33.5 inches, round the number obtained & the size will be 34.
  • If the number is even, add 4 inches. If it’s odd, add 5.
  • The sum of this calculation will be your band size.

Step2: Calculate bust size/ cup size

  • Wrap the cup size tape around the entire area of your breast. Make sure its neither tight nor loose.
  • Measure it to the nearest or next whole number. Keep in mind this last number.
  • Now, subtract the cup size from the band size calculated previously.
  • If the difference between a band and bust measurement is 1 then it is A cup. If it is 2 then its B cup & others same as follows.
