Aishwarya Kashyap is currently pursuing her B.A.L.L.B. (Hons.) from Himachal Pradesh University Institute of Legal Studies, Shimla. Presently, she is in her 4th year of a 5-year law degree course.

Aishwarya's childhood was quite normal, and she was an introverted kid. Her schooling is at Loreto Convent Tara Hall School, Shimla. She loved to take part in debate competitions but wasn’t able to bring home any laurels. Then, in Class 12, she presented her first research paper at St. Bede's College, Shimla, which was highly appreciated by the chairperson of the event. Kashyap is grateful to her teacher, Mrs. Smriti Rana, who acknowledged her efforts and gave her the chance to participate in a panel discussion on the need for old-age homes. Another ideal figure in her life, her mother, Dr. Seema Kashyap, was the one who always motivated her to face the challenges and rise again after a downfall.

Then came her college life, which was the turning point of her life. In her initial years, she won numerous competitions at various levels and also got the opportunity to represent her state, Himachal Pradesh, in the National Youth Parliament in 2021, for which she was felicitated by the then Hon'ble Governor, Shri. Bandaru Dattatreya, and also Shri. Rajendra Arlekar. She got the opportunity to interact with Shri. Anuraj Thakur Sir, Hon'ble Minister of Sports, GOI, via online mode on several occasions as a part of the NYK (Nehru Yuva Kendra) program. She was awarded the Best NSS (National Service Scheme) Volunteer Award at the university level. Currently, she is the Ambassador of Himachal Pradesh at Pratha, an organization formulated at the instance of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi. She was also awarded Ambassador of the Month and Year, 2021. This all happened because of the constant support that she got from her mother, who did not leave any stone unturned to encourage her.

Kiran Rijiju, and other dignitaries at the Central Hall of Parliament, New Delhi, Felicitation by the then Hon'ble Governor of HP, Shri.Bandaru Dattatreya, NSS Best Volunteer at University Level, Ambassador of the Month and Year, 2021 at Pratha, and Best Women of Excellence (NSS) 2023 by the Crazy Tales.

"Never die an unknown citizen." She would like to give a message to everyone: never stop working hard; maybe you will succeed at a later point, but you will certainly. Always be full of life and take on challenges in a positive way.
