The 5th Season of the Leadership Conclave & Powerful Women Awards 2025was grandly organized byThe Crazy Taleson30th July 2025atRadisson Blu Hotel, Dwarka, New Delhi.
Every year, the event is led by the founders Manish Mishra and Amrita Kar, who aim to honor women from all over India who have made outstanding contributions in their fields.

First Panel Discussion: Talent, Skill, and Workforce of the Future in the Age of AI.
Key Highlights:
AR Sweta Lunkad Sancheti (Architect & Entrepreneur)
Sweta shared her journey — how she started her career when everything was done by hand, without any computers or technology.
When she entered the field, digital tools were just beginning.
Even after5 years of experience, she had to learn everything again .She said learning never stops
in architecture — even now, she earns from younger, tech-savvy colleagues.
Sweta also spoke about the importance of generational collaboration combining the experience of older professionals with the digital skills of Gen Z.
She shared her life formula:
•8 hours of focused work
•8 hours of restful sleep
•8 hours of personal time
She said that experience and innovation must go together in the world of AI.
Aditi Altekar (HR Tech Lead, Godrej Industries Group)
Aditi said, “I belong to a generation that believed in hard work and letting your work speak for itself.But today’s generation values
mental peace and work-life balance — which is a good thing.
People have suffered due to stress. Writing down your thoughts or talking to someone can help
.Especially for women — asking for help doesn't mean you're weak.
Remember: pressure is temporary, support is always there Speak up and take care of yourself.” Dr. Lipika Sharma (Leadership Coach)
Dr. Lipika Sharma - Who is an advocate and Consultant to Un Council ,said, “Don’t try to carry the whole world on your shoulders — trust that you’re being looked after.
Stop running after labels like ‘woman empowerment’ — what we need is human empowerment
Today’s youth want mentors, not bosses
They are creative and full of ideas — we should listen tothem with empathy, not authority.
Real leadership is about listening and caring

She emphasized that communication builds brands and real success comes from giving people ownership
.Inclusion means respect — not just for gender or background, but for everyone.
Women don’t need sympathy — they need support like flexible work options and trust
They always deliver, no matter the challenge.

•Dr. Naima Umar – Educator, Philanthropist & Director, ERTWHO
She said, “Teaching and learning are both my passions. Everyone has a spark — my goal is tohelp people discover it. Education isn’t just about books — it’s about turning passion into a career and purpose
We had Ruhi Banerjee who is also a Career Coach and Mentor ,She spoke on importance of Career Guidance mentor and also How there should be a Plan A plan B while designing career for youth ,She also spoke about VIksit Bharat Mission of how we can Make India a Great Nation
Education without career guidance is incomplete,Degrees are not enough — students need proper mentoring and a clear path. Every course shouldhelp students understand what they can become

She said, “Respecting yourself is the first step — especially for women.
Words are powerful. A rude comment about someone’s appearance can crush their confidence, so we should be very supportive to others while speaking about anyone.
The Panelist were all felicitated by The Chief Guest and which ended with the felicitation ceremony.
