I believe that you should always have a balanced diet to lose weight & you should eat a high protein breakfast & reduce your cravings and calories intake throughout the day. Don't skip meals to avoid sugary drinks and drink fruit juice and a lot of water throughout the day and keep yourself hydrated. It mostly unprocessed food basically, most of your diet should be on whole food grains.

Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet
on whole foods. They are healthier & more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. Eat your food slowly. Faster eater gains more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boost weight-reducing hormones.

Do 45min-1 hour exercise. Exercise is great for your health. It can lower the risk of many diseases. Poor sleep is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain. So taking care of your sleep is important.

Why did you choose to pursue a career as a dietitian and nutritionist?

Dietitian and nutritionist are an open field as more and more people are aware of the needs for good nutrition. And a nutritionist helps in adding nutrition to a daily routine which helps to fight against various diseases. I was always interested in nutrition and health for myself so I decided to take my personal passion and make it professional.
